Who is La Tabaccheria®?

La Tabaccheria® is an Italian brand created in 2015 by Orlando d'Alessandro in Roma. He started out as a sole trader. For many years, he carried out tests and researches to obtain the highest quality tobacco extracts possible. R&D is at the heart of their values. Their products are 'homemade' from plant-based raw materials, with no synthetic flavourings added. Quality is paramount for Orlando d'Alessandro. Production follows a very rigorous schedule, inspected at every stage. They comply with the HACCP protocol, and use only high-quality, unprocessed tobacco and pharmaceutical-grade propylene glycol. The production laboratory holds the 'ACCREDIA' certificate and uses only amber glass or HDPE/LDPE bottles to preserve the quality of the flavour.

Firs of all, they were the first to regulate the use of tobacco extracts by publishing a specific MSDS on their website and complying with European product labelling standards. The founder has surrounded himself with professionals such as more experienced collaborators, technicians and doctors in organic chemistry, as well as a group of passionate vapers. All this with the aim of developing their extraction technique, which enables them to produce premium-quality artisanal flavours and e liquids. After a period of maceration of the tobacco leaves and other ingredients, they proceed to a cold extraction process that gives them extracts that are "revolutionary, consistent yet simple to use and 100% faithful to the taste of the reference tobacco".

Ranges of the brand

The brand has created 14 ranges of flavours based on tobacco extracts, but also manufactures ready-to-smoke products and high-purity, high-quality neutral bases for making its own e liquids.

- Extracted tobacco range : 7 flavours in this simple range created from the main varieties of unprocessed tobacco leaves (burley, virginia, oriental, latakia, black cavendish...)

- Gran Riserva – Four OAK : use of oak barrels in the manufacturing process. This gives these flavours unique taste characteristics.

- Barrique Blends : oak notes in these more complex blends.

- Linea Elite : Using more precious tobaccos, this range is dedicated to the world of cigars..

- Special Blend : Born in 2016 in ready to vape form, it was subsequently formulated in a flavour version. Here, you'll find flavoured tobacco extracts.

- Hell’s Mixture : 3 complex flavours, considered to be among the brand's best products. Aimed at a more discerning audience.

- Macerated tobacco range : maceration process, smoother and creamier than their range of tobacco extracts.

- Selection Premium : range resulting from the fusion of extraction and distillation/vinification.

- 4sixty : specially designed for MTL vape.

- Organic 4Pod : It is created using a technique called "selective purification". E-liquids made from these flavours can be vapourised using conventional resistors.

- Extreme 4Pod : same manufacturing system as the Organic 4pod range. But the selective purification technique has been taken to the extreme to produce transparent aromas. A so-called transparency range.

- Gran Riserva Extreme 4Pod White :A fusion of the Grand Reserve and Extreme 4pod ranges. A light woody note enhances the tobacco flavour.

- Extradry 4Pod Original White : Once again, a transparent range, in other words "clean", with a drier, more persistent taste on the palate.

- Vittoriani Biscottificio Roma : Victorian range in English. A very gourmet range with a smoothness and creaminess unprecedented in La Tabaccheria®.
