It is directed by Jan Kounen, well known for his films 99 Francs or Doberman, who had at heart to talk about the subject of vaping, being himself a vapoteur and very committed. It turns for 2 and a half years in the four corners of the world to collect a maximum of testimonies. Thanks to his very cinematographic approach, he perfectly highlights the history and culture of vape. He managed to pay tribute to the device that took him out of tobacco. Throughout his narrative, he interviews vape professionals (French and foreign manufacturers) as well as public health experts.

This documentary is slightly different from the previous ones. It aims to understand exactly what nicotine does and what it is. Aaron Biebert chooses to present nicotine as a substance that has been analyzed based on scientific data and not as a harmful product. He wants to erase the received idea of the danger of nicotine. He therefore questions the benefits of nicotine and ends up demonstrating that under certain conditions it can become therapeutic. Moreover, he explains through interviews with specialists that the pathologies induced by cigarettes do not come from nicotine but from other extremely harmful components.
